1. Returns
The most important is the item comes with 3 years limited warranty from the date of purchase, and we only provide one time warranty for each order, so you can contact us if the product is torn, not waterproof and other conditions that affect the protection function. We offer different warranties depending on the time of use and breakage.
• Non-returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, such as customized or personalized covers unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Refunds
• Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

3. Exchanges
